Our 15th Annual Healing Together conference will be held in beautiful Orlando, FL on February 14th-16th, 2025 at the Hilton Double Tree Sea World Resort. Our new location offers plenty of close and FREE parking, much more room, and gorgeous outdoor areas for gathering.

You may request a full refund of your registration fee when you cancel by January 31st.

From Jan 31st until February 11th you can request a 50% refund.

After February 11th, there will be no refunds allowed. You may transfer your fee to another attendee.

This Liability Release and Waiver (“Release”) is entered into voluntarily by the above listed individual (“you” or “your”) and An Infinite Mind, Inc. (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

Acknowledgment- You understand that attending and participating in the Annual Healing Together Conference (the “Conference”), depending on your level of involvement in the Activity, may expose you to certain dangers, risks or hazards, including mental health difficulties. You understand that the risks and dangers of attendance and participation may be caused by your negligence, the negligence of others, accidents, breaches of contract, forces of nature, human hostilities, or other causes.

Activity-You understand that the activities to which this Release applies are any activities taking place or having to do with the Conference. The Release also applies to your participation in pre- and post-Conference activities related to the Conference.

Your Obligations.-You agree to abide by the Conference Code of Conduct which is included with and made a part of this Release. You agree to notify the Organization upon becoming aware of or concerned about any potential danger, risk or hazard. You also agree to obey all instructions of the Organization and act responsibly during the Activity.
If you do not believe you can safely continue, you will stop and seek assistance, limit participation, and refrain from actions that would post a hazard to yourself or others.

You agree that participation in the Conference is voluntary. Participation in the event and its activities is with the express understanding and appreciation that the conference includes inherent risks to your mental health. Neither the Conference nor its sponsors assume any responsibility or liability for your emotional, mental, or physical well-being during the Conference or any related activities. However, if you experience distress or require support, you are encouraged to utilize the designated Conference grounding space, seek assistance from a Conference volunteer, or consult a licensed mental health professional at your discretion. You authorize us and our staff to call emergency services on your behalf if at any time we or our staff reasonably believe it to be necessary.

Service and Support Animals- You understand and agree that only service animals will be allowed at the Conference. For the safety and comfort of others, emotional support animals are not permitted. A “service animal” means an animal required due to a disability and that is trained to perform a specific task. Your service animal must be under your control at all times, and you may be required to leave if your service animal causes a disruption to conference activities. You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible or liable for the actions of service animals or participants who are in control of service animals, and we are not responsible or liable for any harm or injury caused by any service animals.

Liability Waiver/Release. You hereby waive any and all rights, claims, demands, and damages, at any time, at law or in equity arising out of participation in the Activity. You release us and our agents, employees, staff, volunteers, and representatives for any injury (physical, mental, or emotional), including but not limited to illness, paralysis, death, damages, or economic or emotional loss, that you may suffer as a result of attending or participating in the Conference. You agree that you are attending and participating in the Conference voluntarily and entirely at your own risk.

Indemnification and Hold Harmless. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us, our directors, officers, agents, and employees (collectively, “Indemnitees”) harmless from any liability, loss or damage the Indemnitees may suffer as a result of claims, demands, costs, or judgments arising out of or relating to your participation or attendance at the Conference, including, but not limited to, your interactions with Indemnitees and other participants or attendees; provided, however, that any such liability, loss or damage resulting from the Indemnitees’ gross negligence is excluded from this Section.

General Conditions.
This Release represents the complete understanding between you and us.
You hereby acknowledge that you have read and understand this Release explaining the types of activities you may be engaged in at the Conference and the related harms.
No representations, written or oral, other than those contained in this Release are authorized or binding upon us.
Should any part of this Release become unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions within this Release shall remain in full force as originally written.
